Over 57,000 unemployed people have started working with the support of the Employment Agency since the beginning of 2023, caretaker Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Labour and Social Policy Lazar Lazarov said Monday in his address on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the Employment Agency, the Labour and Social Policy Ministry said. According to him, since the start of 2023 the unemployment rate has continued to decline. Nearly 16,000 economically inactive people have started looking for work, and about 12,000 young people have entered employment.
