Sofia, March 14 (BTA) - The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases
in Bulgaria reached 277,878, after 10,614 tests identified 2,019
 new infections on Sunday, according to data posted on
https://coronavirus.bg/. The test positivity rate now stands at
a nearly 20 per cent.

The active cases are 42,3046. Currently, the hospitalized
patients number 6,948, including 522 in intensive care.

Another 1,118 COVID-19 patients have recovered over the last 24
hours, bringing the total to 224,598.

Thirty-eight fatalities were reported, and the death toll now
adds up to 11,234.

With 1,244 new inoculations over the last 24 hours, 337,904
persons in aggregate have been vaccinated against the
coronavirus. /ZH
