Foreign Minister Nikolay Milkov said his ministry is working to cut costs and that at the moment, there is readiness for an 8% reduction. Milkov, together with Vice President Iliana Iotova, participated in the ceremony marking the 30th anniversary of the French Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Technical University of Sofia.
