The first stork of the season arrived on Saturday in the village of Podkrepa, municipality of Haskovo. The bird, a harbinger of spring, landed in its long-standing nest on a pillar next to the local Saint Prophet Elijah temple and began to repair its dwelling in anticipation of the female bird, a BTA reporter said.
