Ali Ranks 16th in
Day 1 of Trap Qualification
Tokyo, July 28 (BTA special correspondent Dimiter Velyov) - Bulgaria's Selin Ali finished 16th in the first day of the trap women's qualification here on Wednesday. In her Olympics debut, the junior world champion of Lonato 2019 hit 69 out of 75 targets in three rounds of 25 shots each.
On Day 2 of the trap qualification on Thursday, the 19-year-old Ali will compete with 25 athletes in two rounds of 25 shots each. Only the top 6 will make it to the trap final scheduled for later in the day.
