Commenting a decision to hold on to the government-forming mandate until August 15 announced by the leader of the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP), Korneliya Ninova, on Friday, opposition GERB-UDF MP Toma Bikov argued that with the decision, Ninova violates the Constitution, or put more mildly, does not abide by its spirit and "the spirit of the mandate she was given by the President".
