Visiting the women's prison in the southeastern town of Sliven on Friday, Justice Minister Nadezhda Yordanova said the guards' wages would increase as soon as real reform measures were proposed. After meeting with prisoners, Yordanova talked to some of the warders, who were wearing bands reading "Continue the Protest".
