BTA Director General Kiril Valchev and Montenegrin News Agency (MINA) Director General Jasa Jovicevic, signed a partnership agreement in Podgorica on Monday, whereby the two news agencies mutually grant and guarantee the right to receive, use, translate and disseminate the full set of news services free of charge, except materials that contain works subject to copyright to third parties.
