3,354 New Cases,
58 Fatalities
Sofia, October 24 (BTA) - The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Bulgaria reached 568,073, after 25,323 tests identified 3,354 new infections on Sunday, according to data posted on https://coronavirus.bg/. The test positivity rate now stands at a little over 13 per cent.
The active cases are 78,518. Currently, the hospitalized patients number 6,792, including 602 in intensive care.
Another 310 COVID-19 patients have recovered over the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 466,522.
Fifty-eight fatalities were reported, and the death toll now adds up to 23,033.
With 11,690 new inoculations over the last 24 hours, 2 721 234 vaccine doses have been administered so far. DT//
