Bulgarian Students Among Medalists of  49th International Mendeleev  Chemistry Olympiad

Sofia, May 13 (BTA) - The Bulgarian students Pencho Beykov,
Silyan Yanev, Yanislav Danchovski and Iyan Gulyashki are among
the medalists of the 49th International Chemistry Olympiad, held
in the Armenian Capital of Yerevan May 3-9, said the Bulgarian
Education Ministry on Wednesday.

Twelfth-graders Pencho Beykov from Sofia's Math and Science High
School and Silyan Yanev of Sofia's 91st German Language High
School won bronze medals. The Bulgarian participants were
coached by lecturers from Sofia University's Faculty of
Chemistry and Pharmacy.
