Bulgaria Deputy PM Kuneva, Justice Minister Ivanov to Visit Netherlands


Sofia, July 12 (BTA) - Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister for European Policies Coordination and Institutional Affairs Meglena Kuneva and Justice Minister Hristo Ivanov will pay a one-day working visit to the Netherlands on July 13, the Government Information Service said on Sunday.

Kuneva and Ivanov will confer with Netherlands Security and Justice Minister Ard van der Steur and with Foreign Minister Albert Koenders. A meeting with the State Secretary of Security and Justice and Minister for Migration Klaas Dijkhoff is scheduled as well.

Bulgaria's accession to Schengen, the European migration programme, the European Security Strategy, the Energy Union and the European Neighbourhood Policy will top the agenda.

Opportunities for cooperation in preparation for the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union in 2018 will also be discussed.
