President Plevneliev Congratulates Bulgarian Athletes for Remarkable Results from Special Olympics

Sofia, August 5 (BTA) - President Rosen Plevneliev congratulated
 the Bulgarian athletes for the remarkable results they achieved
 at the 2015 Special Olympics in Los Angeles, Plevneliev's press
 secretariat said on Wednesday.

The team of 23 Bulgarians with mental difficulties competed in
ten sports and won 29 medals: six gold, 12 silver, and 11
bronze. The athletes also attained eight fourth places and four
fifth places.
