Bulgarian Medical Association Takes to Court Ex Officio Imposition of 2015 National Framework Agreement

Sofia, April 26 (BTA) - The Bulgarian Medical Association (BMA) has lodged an appeal with the Supreme Administrative Court demanding the revokal and halting the effect of the 2015 National Framework Agreement imposed ex officio to be enforced in 2016 after the relevant document for 2016 failed to be signed, BMA said in a press release Tuesday.

In late March and early April doctors staged effective protests against a package of reforms moved by Health Minister Peter Moskov and against the ex officio imposition of the 2015 National Framework Agreement.
