Sofia, September 7 (BTA) - In the second quarter of 2018, the GDP totalled 25,913 million leva at current prices, or 13.249 million euro, making a per-capita GDP of 1,882 euro, said the National Statistical Institute Friday.

Seasonally adjusted figures show a growth of 3.4 per cent from this time last year and 0.8 per cent growth from the previous quarter of 2018.

The gross value added generated by the national economy in the observable period stood at 22,235 million leva at current prices.

During the same period, the relative share of the agriculture sector in the value
added shrank by 0.8 percentage points from this time last year to reach 3.3 per cent.

The share of industry lost 0.2 percentage points to 29.3 per cent.

The share of the services sector increased to 67.4 per cent from 66.4 per cent this time last year. RY/LN/
