site.bta10.474 PCR Tests Confirm 4,382 New COVID-19 Cases, Bringing Bulgaria's Total to 129,348

Sofia, November 25 (BTA) - The number of confirmed COVID-19
cases in Bulgaria reached 129,348 after PCR tests identified
4,382 new infections in the 24 hours until Tuesday midnight,
according to data posted on www.coronavirus.bg. The test
positivity rate now stands at 41.48 per cent.

A total of 932 441 PCR tests have been performed since the first
 infections were diagnosed on March 8.

The active cases are 86,020. The infected persons medical staff
now totals 5,126.

Currently, the hospitalized patients number 6,365, including 392
 in intensive care.

Another 1,876 COVID-19 patients have recovered over the last 24
hours, bringing the total to 40,102.

One hundred and fifty-seven more fatalities were reported, and
the death toll now totals 3,226. NV/LG
