COVID-19 Update: 3,327 New Infections in

Sofia, November 28 (BTA) - There were 3,327 new coronavirus infections in Bulgaria after 9,179 PCR tests done in the 24 hours until Saturday midnight, according to the coronavirus.bg platform.

The number of active cases totals 89,535. 6,647 patients are in hospital and 436 of them are in intensive care.

The Saturday recoveries total 1,865 and they add up to a total of 46,740 since the start of the pandemic in March.

The daily coronavirus metrics also shows 151 deaths. These add up to 3,680 fatalities since the start of the pandemic.

The newly infected medical personnel totals 199.

A total of 959,533 PCR tests have been done since the start of the pandemic. LN/
