site.btaCOVID-19 Update: 1,349 New Cases, Test Positivity Rate at 11.62%

February 17 (BTA) - The number of confirmed COVID-19
cases in Bulgaria reached 232,096 after 11,604 tests identified
1,349 new infections on Tuesday, according to data posted on
https://coronavirus.bg/. The test positivity rate now stands at
11.62 per cent.

The active cases are 24,069. Currently, the hospitalized
patients number 3,513, including 284 in intensive care.

Another 748 COVID-19 patients have recovered over the last 24
hours, bringing the total to 198,324.

Thirty-two fatalities were reported, and the death toll now adds
 up to 9,703.

With 3,902 new inoculations over the last 24 hours, 81,338
persons in aggregate have been vaccinated against the
