to Meet on April 27


Sofia, April 9 (BTA) - President Rosen Plevneliev will convene
the Consultative Council on National Security on April 27, the
President's Press Secretariat said on Thursday.

The Council will hear a report by Defence Minister Nikolay
Nenchev on the state of the Bulgarian Armed Forces and their
future development.

Besides the Council members, the meeting will also be attended
by Deputy Prime Minister Meglena Kuneva, National Intelligence
Service Director Maj. Gen. Dragomir Dimitrov and acting Defence
Information Service Director Col. Svetoslav Daskalov. PK/VE
