Foreign Minister Mitov Participates in Meeting of NATO Foreign Ministers in Antalya

Sofia, May 13 (BTA) - Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov participates
in a meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Antalya, Turkey, on
Wednesday and Thursday, his ministry said in a press release.

The meeting is aimed at discussing the Alliance's adaptation in
the face of a changed security environment.

The programme for the first day includes: a sitting of the North
Atlantic Council with NATO's operational partner nations and
potential operational partner nations in the Resolute Support
mission in Afghanistan at the level of foreign ministers; a
working lunch of the North Atlantic Council at the level of
foreign ministers with the participation of the Alliance's
Enhanced Opportunities partners (Australia, Georgia, Jordan,
Finland and Sweden) and representatives of the African Union,
the Gulf Cooperation Council and the Arab League; and a meeting
of the NATO-Ukraine Commission at the level of foreign
ministers.

The programme for the second day includes a meeting of the North
Atlantic Council at the level of foreign ministers of NATO
member countries in a union format, the press release reads.
