Consolidated Fiscal Programme Surplus in June Totals 890 Million Leva

Sofia, August 12 (BTA) - According to first level spending
units' monthly reports, as at the end of June 2015 there was a
surplus of 890 million leva (1.1 per cent of the projected GDP)
in the consolidated fiscal programme (CFP). On Wednesday the
cabinet approved a report of the Finance Ministry on the cash
implementation of the state budget and the key CFP indicators,
the government's information service reported.    

The June surplus is formed by a national budget surplus of 439.9
 million leva, and a surplus in EU funding of 450.2 million
leva. At the same time last year, the budget had a deficit of
996.4 million leva. 

Consolidated revenues and grants under CFP as at June 30,2015
stood at 16,303.1 million leva, or 53.7 per cent of the budget
target for 2015. Compared to the like period in  2014, revenues
and grants increased by 2,132.4 million leva or 15 per cent.

Tax revenue (including social and health insurance payments) as
at the end of June totalled 12,286.0 million leva, or 51.2 per
cent of the annual target.
