Sofia, July 31 (BTA) - During the past session, the 44th National Assembly adopted 43 bills and 51 resolutions at 43 regular and two emergency meetings, said the parliamentary press office Tuesday. The Parliament adopted its performance on its first full week of summer recess Tuesday.
Between April 16 and July 26, a total of 73 bills were moved to the legislature, including 47 by MPs, as well as 71 draft resolutions, including 59 by MPs.
A total of 50:28 hrs in 13 sittings were spent for Question Time.
There were three motions for a vote of no-confidence against the government and it survived all of them.
Government ministers answered 300 questions. The largest number were for Agriculture Minister Roumen Porozhanov (62), followed by Health Minister Kiril Ananiev (32), Interior Minister Valentin Radev (32), Regional Development Minister Nikolai Nankov (29), Education Minister Krassimir Vulchev (26), Labour Minister Bisser Petkov and Environment Minister Neno Dimov (20 each), Finance Minister Vladislav Goranov (14) and Transport Minister Ivaylo Moskovski and Culture Minister Boil Banov (12 each).
