site.btaStudent from Targovishte Wins Two Awards at Competition in Israel

Musa Pashov from the 11th grade of the Sveti Sedmochislenitsi High School in Targovishte won two awards in the Bulgarian Soul of the Holy Land contest in Israel, said the high school on Monday. He won the awards in two categories: photography and short film.

Pashov based both of his works on the foundations of Rhodope folklore, as his family roots are from there. "I am impressed by the costumes and nature. I find them beautiful and I think it's never too late to remember the past," said Pashov. 

In the short film, Pashov partners with Yanitsa Asparuhova, with whom they share the grand prize of the competition. For Musa, this is his second time receives the award, after having won in 2023.

In December 2023, Pashov organized a charity photo exhibition in his hometown of Loznitsa.
