37% of Bulgarians to Cast Vote in October 27 Parliamentary Elections, Market Links Poll Says

A total of 37% of Bulgarians are likely to vote in the October 27 snap parliamentary elections, according to a Market Links poll commissioned by bTV. The poll was conducted among 1014 adults between October 15 and 20.

Some 24% of the respondents said they will vote for the GERB-UDF coalition, while 14.1% will support the Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria coalition. A total of 13.1% expressed their support for Vazrazhdane, 8.3% for the Alliance for Rights and Freedoms coalition, 7.2% for the Movement for Rights and Freedoms – New Beginning coalition, and 7% for the Bulgarian Socialist Party – United Left coalition. There Is Such a People is also expected to enter Parliament with some 4.6% of the votes.

The Velichie [Grandeur] party comes close to the electoral threshold of 4% with some 3.6% of the respondents supporting it. Another two political formations, Blue Bulgaria Coalition and the Morality, Unity, Honour (MECh) Party, also remain under the 4% barrier with 2.8% and 1.6% of the votes, respectively.

A total of 2.1% of respondents opted for "None Of The Above", while 9.7% are hesitant about their choice.
