Addressing citizens in the city of Pazardzhik on Sunday, Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria Co-chair Assen Vassilev said that the representatives of the coalition want to continue what they have been doing for the past three years. He said there should be a balance between investment in people and investment in infrastructure.
He pointed out that in 2023, some 46,000 citizens returned to live in Bulgaria. "If we maintain these policies for another 3 or 4 years, the minimum wage will become EUR 1,000, the average wage EUR 2,000, we will have modern hospitals and quality education. But this does not happen magically. It requires people to come out and vote and say they want to develop along this path [...] It is very difficult - both we and the citizens are tired, but we must fight to continue in this direction," Vassilev added.
CC-DB top-of-the-list candidate in Pazardzhik Ivaylo Shotev said voting is a matter of duty and responsibility.
