Blue Bulgaria top-of-the-list candidate in Haskovo Tsveta Kirilova said here on Friday that her formation offers the only correct solution, which will simultaneously increase people's incomes and provide an opportunity to reduce taxes, specifically freeing the economy and private entrepreneurship from state intervention. She noted that Bulgarians have lost 30% of their savings in recent years, with irresponsible borrowing and handing out of money leading to high inflation and a decrease in the purchasing power of many Bulgarians.

Kirilova emphasised that the State should stop handing out people's money to affiliated companies for shoddy construction projects. "These projects should be undertaken by private capital instead of government spending, which will drastically reduce corruption and eliminate the possibility of stealing billions of taxpayers' money", she said.

She argued that the real fight against corruption is carried out by removing the State from the economy, by urgent and transparent privatization, as well as by liberating private entrepreneurship from bureaucratic racketeering. "Instead of throwing our money into poor roads, the State should invest in modern health care and quality education", concluded Kirilova.
