The hotline for citizens to report vote-buying and vote-selling has been opened on Friday, caretaker Interior Minister Atanas Ilkov said at a briefing at his Ministry's building here about the organizational measures to ensure a peaceful and secure electoral process.

"The hotline is working round the clock. Exactly one month before election day, we will open a round-the-clock Interior Ministry telephone line for reports of possible crimes related to the electoral process," Ilkov said two weeks ago during a national meeting of the Interior Ministry leadership in connection with the upcoming early parliamentary elections on October 27.

"We have three pre-trial proceedings, three reports and two detained persons so far," Ilkov said.
