BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party for all constituencies for the June 9 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective party/coalition.

A total of 31 candidates’ lists of 21 parties and 10 coalitions have been registered by the Lovech Constituency Election Commission.

The order follows the sequential numbers on the ballots, as drawn by the Central Election Commission:

  1. There Is Such a People: Filip Stanev. Born in 1974. Journalism and pedagogy degrees from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Scriptwriter and editor at Seven-Eight Production, TV show host. MP in 45th, 46th and 49th National Assemblies;
  2. Glas Naroden [People's Voice] Party: Doncho Varbanov. Born in 1988. Bread technology degree from the University of Food Technologies in Plovdiv. Deputy Chair of the party branch in Lovech;
  3. Blue Bulgaria Coalition (nine parties: Conservative Alliance of the Right (KOD); Bulgarian Democratic Forum; Democratic Action Movement; National Movement for Stability and Upsurge; Bulgaria of the Citizens Movement; Conservative Bulgaria Party; Radical Democratic Party in Bulgaria; Bulgarian New Democracy Party; Agrarian People's Union): Marin Vutov. Transport economics degree from the University of National and World Economy, PhD from the Orthodox Theological Faculty of St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo. Deputy Principal of the National School of Applied Arts in Troyan;
  4. We the Citizens Coalition (three parties: Bulgarian Spring; Competence, Responsibility and Truth (KOI); Bulgarian Workers'-Peasants' Party): Kiril Gumnerov. Born in 1969. Graduated from University of Economics – Varna. Former municipal councillor in Lovech. MP in the 41st National Assembly;
  5. No registered list of candidates;
  6. Bulgarian Voice Party: Tasko Taskov. Marketing degree from MT&M College in Sofia, master's degree in public economics from South-West University Neofit Rilski. Former football player, referee, managerial positions in FC CSKA 1948 Sofia, PFC Pirin Blagoevgrad. Owns Children's Football Club Yunacheta;
  7. Rose Coalition (three parties: Bulgarian Social Democracy - EuroLeft; United Labour Bloc Bulgarian Labourists; Rodolyubie 2000): Stefan Getsov. Born in 1956. Law degree from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Worked as investigator at the Lovech District Department under the Ministry of Interior. Lawyer;
  8. Centre Coalition (two parties: Svoboda [Freedom]; Bulgarian Agrarian Party): Roman Banev. Born in 1992. Owns business in real estate and construction;
  9. Bulgarian Solidarity Coalition (three parties: Rise Up Bulgaria; Bulgarian Left; United Social Democracy): Ivaylo Barovski (aged 34). Studied at the Agricultural University of Plovdiv. Works in currency trading;
  10. Edinenie [Unity] Party: Ralitsa Dimitrova (aged 45): Graduated from the Technical School of Woodworking and Interior Architecture in Etropole. Senior quality operator at an electronics plant in Botevgrad;
  11. Bulgarian National Alliance (BNO) Party: Dimitar Bunov. Born in 1975. Master's degree in economics and finance from New Bulgarian University. Fifteen years of work experience in healthcare. Works to improve funding mechanism for waste treatment in Sofia Municipality;
  12. Vazrazhdane Party: Ivelin Parvanov. Born in 1973. MP in 48th and 49th National Assemblies. Awarded the United Nations Medal for his service in Cambodia;
  13. Morality, Unity, Honour (MECh) Party: Hristo Rastashki. Born in 1989. Law degree from New Bulgarian University. Lawyer;
  14. Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria Coalition (4 parties: Continue the Change; VOLT; Democrats for Strong Bulgaria; Yes, Bulgaria Movement): Iskren Arabadzhiev. Born in 1991. Bachelor's degree in economics and master's degree in accounting and audit from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. MP in 47th, 48th and 49th National Assemblies;
  15. The Truth and Nothing but the Truth People's Party: Krasimir Aleksandrov. Born in 1962. Graduated from the Mechanics College in Gorna Oryahovitsa. Worked as taxi driver, ambulance driver, serviceperson;
  16. Bulgarian Rise Party: Anton Dimitrov. Born in 1979. Degree in automation, robotics, measurement and control technology from the Technical University of Gabrovo. Entrepreneur in wood processing;
  17. Civic Bloc Coalition (Radicals Bulgarian Democratic Union, Bulgarian Women's Party): Filip Filipov. Born in 1974. Law degree from St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo. Lawyer;
  18. Society for New Bulgaria Party: Valya Petrova;
  19. The Left! Coalition (ABV (Alternative for Bulgarian Revival), Movement 21, Green Party, Alexander Stamboliiski Agrarian Party, National Movement for Salvation of the Fatherland, Social Democrats Political Movement): Grisha Ninov. Born in 1973. Bachelor's degree from the Technical University of Gabrovo;
  20. Party of the Greens: Ivan Ivanov (aged 68). Graduated from the Mechanics College in Lovech. Runs his own wholesale business. Deputy Chair of the political council of the party;
  21. Here We Come Party: Marin Ichev. Law degree from St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo. Worked in the system of the Ministry of Interior from 1999 to 2018. Lawyer since 2019;
  22. GERB-UDF Coalition (Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (GERB) and Union of Democratic Forces (UDF)): Nikolay Nankov. Born in 1983. Former deputy minister of regional development and public works, MP in 42nd, 43rd, 44th, 45th, 46th and 47th, 48th and 49th National Assemblies;
  23. Bulgarian National Union New Democracy Party: Rumen Nochev (aged 60). Graduated from the Mechanical College in Sofia;
  24. BSP for Bulgaria Coalition (Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP); Ecoglasnost Political Club; Trakia Political Club): Irena Anastasova. Former school principal in Sofia, municipal councillor in Sofia Municipal Council. MP since 2017;
  25. Velichie [Grandeur] Party: Irena Neginova;
  26. VMRO-Bulgarian National Movement Party: Petko Minkov. Earned a degree in agroengineering-agroecology from the Higher Agricultural Institute in Plovdiv, specialty. Assoc. Prof. at the Research Institute of Mountain Stockbreeding and Agriculture in Troyan;
  27. Direct Democracy Party: Atanas Garfalski;
  28. Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) Party: Atidzhe Alieva-Veli. Master's degree in public administration from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, master's degree in industrial biotechnologies from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, PhD from the Agricultural University of Plovdiv. MEP with the Renew Europe Group, member of the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development, the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs at the European Parliament;
  29. Green Movement Party: Svetoslav Todorov. Degree in forestry from the University of Forestry in Sofia. Experience as manager, coordinator and consultant in environmental projects. Chief curator at the Natural History Museum in Cherni Osam;
  30. Party for Great Bulgaria: Greta Yordanova;
  31. Bulgarian Union for Direct Democracy (BSDD): Albena Miteva;
  32. Neutral Bulgaria Coalition (four parties: Communist Party of Bulgaria; Bulgarian Communist Party; Party of Bulgarian Communists; Russophiles for the Revival of the Fatherland): Stoyko Stoykov. Born in 1982. Studied accounting and control, currently studies at the Law Faculty at St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo. Former mayor of the village of Dermantsi. Business owner.
