site.btaEuropean Commission to Back Bulgaria in Implementation of Ten Projects


The European Commission announced on Monday that it has approved 135 projects under the Technical Support Instrument to EU Member States in the preparation, development and implementation of a total of 390 reforms in 2025. Among the approved projects, ten come from Bulgaria.
The list of Bulgaria's national projects includes plans to improve the efficiency of budget investments; forest management activities; measures to improve road safety; assistance to the Ministry of e-Government in developing policies to implement artificial intelligence. Bulgaria is also expected to receive support for several joint projects with other EU Member States, including on the digital transition in the enforcement of competition law, digitization in schools, and improving data exchange between European tax administrations.
The projects identified by the European Commission aim at improving people's lives, the quality of public administration, to provide a better environment for business, to adapt energy networks to the needs of the digital transition.
