Bulgaria's Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued an advisory on its website to warn of a strike in Belgium's public and air transport on Monday. Brussels Airlines warned that air traffic at Brussels Airport will be affected by the strike, which is why passengers are advised to consider alternative routes at least until April 9.

Belgium's largest rail unions have confirmed that they will also take part in the strikes.

Brussels Airport will not handle departing flights on March 31 as part of the protests, local media reported on March 24. Some incoming flights will also be affected, and passengers were advised to contact their airline directly if necessary.
