Bulgarian caretaker Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev is participating in an informal European Council meeting in Budapest between November 7 and 8, the government press service said.
The EU leaders will discuss the reports Much More than a Market by Enrico Letta and The Future of European Competitiveness by Mario Draghi. They will exchange opinions on the situation in Georgia and the EU’s relations with the United States.
The meeting is expected to adopt a declaration on the new European Competitiveness Deal.
The Bulgarian position for the informal European Council meeting was approved by the government at its weekly meeting on November 6.
