Tourists in the mountains should be prepared for winter conditions, warned the Mountain Rescue Service of the Bulgarian Red Cross.

Conditions in the mountains are different, in some places there is moderate to strong wind, in others it is quiet, explained the MRS. In the high parts of the mountains, temperatures are negative, there is also snow cover and in some areas visibility is not good.

On Sunday there was strong wind in many places, but there were no incidents with tourists over the past 24 hours.
