Bulgarian karateka and Olympic champion Ivet Goranova won gold at the Beogradski Pobednik 2024 tournament that took place here on Sunday. Goranova was triumphant in the women's open kumite category after defeating four opponents.

The tournament saw more than 1,000 competitors representing 11 countries: Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Italy, Montenegro, the Republic of North Macedonia, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia.
