President of the Bulgarian Gymnastics Federation Krasimir Dunev has received the Olympians for Life award from the World Olympians Association, whose patron is Prince Albert II of Monaco.

Dunev, who won silver at the men's horizontal bar event during the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, was joined at the award ceremony by legendary gymnasts Eberhard Gienger from Germany and Henri Boerio from France.

The ceremony took place in Paris's OLY House, which France's Ministry of Culture has declared a monument of culture.
