Mountain hiking conditions are not good, the Mountain Rescue Service (MRS) informed BTA. The snow is melting, terrains are soft, temperatures are high.

Strong winds are blowing in some areas, but not everywhere, the MRS also said.

There are still conditions for winter sports at the resorts, but the season is expected to be over by the end of the week, the MRS added.

In the mountains, it will be mostly sunny with temporary increases in cloudiness, rain and thunder in some places, with a strong and stormy south-westerly wind which will weaken a bit during the day and move from the west-northwest, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology reported. The morning temperature at an altitude of 1,200 m will be around 16C, at 2,000 meters - around 8C and during the day it will decrease.
