site.btaJoint Governance Council to Discuss Budget 2025 Tuesday Evening

The budget for 2025 will be examined on Tuesday evening by the Joint Governance Council, announced Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov before the meeting of the Council. He added that the governance programme is also ready, and will be discussed.  

“Together with the colleagues from the coalition and those who support the majority from Democracy, Rights and Freedoms (DRF), we will consider all the priorities for a full [four-year] term in office. These include incomes, the modernization of the country, consolidated finances. Everything that is contained in the programme of the different sectors of the government,” Prime Minister Zhelyazkov said.

He added that Tuesday’s meeting will also look at the budget for 2025, so that it can go through discussion by the Health Insurance Fund, the Social Security Institute and the Council for Tripartite Cooperation, and be considered on Friday.
