site.btaInternational Scientific Forum on Nanotech Materials to Be Held in Sozopol Sept. 14-22
Sozopol will host a scientific forum dedicated to the latest achievements in the field of nanotech materials and security technologies from September 14 to 22, said Sozopol Municipality on Thursday.
The event will be held under NATO's Science for Peace and Security Programme. During the forum, some of the latest developments in the nanotech industry will be presented, as well as their application in the field of security in sectors such as digital protection, information technology and biotechnology.
More than 80 scientists from 15 countries, members and partners of NATO are expected to arrive in Sozopol for the forum. Among the main speakers will be Prof Plamen Petkov from the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy in Sofia and Prof Mohamed Ashour from the University Ibn Tofail in Kenitra, Kingdom of Morocco.
