site.btaZero VAT on Bread Results in 20% Cheaper Bread throughout the Country

After the adoption of the measure to abolish VAT on bread and flour, bread is now 20% cheaper throughout the country, said in an interview with BTA Mariana Kukusheva,  Management Board Chair of the National Branch Union of Bakers and Confectioners in Bulgaria. "The information we have, since we are suppliers of bread everywhere, is that the prices have been massively decreased. There is no populated place in Bulgaria where the prices are not lower," she pointed out.
