After two years of research and exploration in the border regions between Bulgaria, Greece and Turkiye, the European project B-Shapes enters its "Episode 2" with the exhibition "Through the Prism of Borders". It will be hosted at the National History Museum in Sofia from April 8 to August 29.

The exhibition, curated by Katia Anguelova, Angelika Burtscher and Marion Oberhofer and produced by Italian platform for design and cultural productions Lungomare, explores the multiple perceptions of borders, engaging with political, spatial and personal narratives of the southeasternmost border of Europe. The „Through the Prism of Borders - Episode 2: Artistic Journeys In-Between Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey“ exhibition features four newly commissioned site-specific artworks by Esra Ersen, Boris Missirkov & Georgi Bogdanov, Ivan Moudov and ZimmerFrei (Anne de Manincor), engaging with remnants of the past, local border symbolism and the stories of those who live and who pass through these borderlands, Lungomare said on their website.
