Some of the participants in the 33rd Antarctic Expedition will return to Bulgaria from Argentina on Friday, while the Bulgarian naval research vessel Sv. Sv. Kiril i Metodii (RSV 421) continues its voyage to the homeland, where it is expected to arrive in early April.

After the departure of RSV 421 from Livingston Island, the route of the Bulgarian Antarctic passengers passed through the Argentine town of Comodoro Rivadavia. From there, the scientists and expedition participants flew to Buenos Aires. The rest of the journey to Sofia passes through Rome. The group, including expedition leader Prof. Christo Pimpirev, is expected to arrive at Sofia airport on Friday.
