The location of Armin van Buuren’s show scheduled for August 30 has been changed from Sofia's Boris Garden Park to Arena Sofia Sports Hall, the organizers, Fest Team, said. The event is part of the Sofia Solid series.

The organizers said that the change of location will "ensure an even more vibrant and energetic party experience for the audience", noting that the DJ’s set will be extended and Van Buuren will be joined by three more leading artists, Mees Salomé, Avalan Rokston, and Youna. "The longer duration of the event implies more music, more emotions, and unforgettable moments," the organizers added.

A collaboration between Grammy-nominated vocalist and producer Avalan and producer and songwriter Rokston, Avalan Rokston is a fusion of electronic dance and pop music.

Youna is an emerging DJ and producer in the realms of melodic techno and progressive house. Originally from South Korea, she quickly established herself on the world stage with her emotional melodies and energetic rhythms that create an integrated sonic experience.

Mees Salomé entered the world of electronic music at the age of 17. In 2017, his debut EP, Equivalence, got signed to the Filth On Acid label, which shot him to international fame. This was followed by successful releases on labels such as Anjunadeep and Armada and a number of live sets at key electronic music venues.

Van Buuren's set in Sofia is part of his world tour promoting his latest album Breathe In, which includes headline sets at Tomorrowland, the Ultra Music Festivals in the US, Chile, Peru, and Australia, SAGA Festival, Parookaville.

Armin van Buuren was born on December 25, 1976, in Leiden, the Netherlands. He started making music at the age of 14. Since 2001, Van Buuren has hosted a weekly radio show called A State of Trance, which has been repeatedly named the best mix radio show. Armin himself has been named the world's number one DJ five times by DJ Mag. He is the first solo dance artist to play in Madison Square Garden.
