site.btaPhoto Exhibition of Masterpieces from Rila Monastery to Be Displayed in Hungary

The Institute of Balkan Studies with the Center of Thracology at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (IBTS-BAS) has received an invitation from the Bulgarian Cultural Institute in Budapest to present there the photo exhibition "The Heart of Bulgaria. Masterpieces from the Rila Monastery", the monastery announced on its website on Friday. The exhibition will be opening on October 13, at 6:00 p.m., at the Bulgarian Cultural Institute in Budapest, Hungary, and will be related to the feast of St. John of Rila on October 19, which since 2016 is also celebrated as the Day of Bulgarian-Hungarian Friendship.
