Valentin Mundrov is the proposal for Minister of E-governance in the proposed cabinet of GERB - UDF with a proposed PM Rosen Zhelyazkov.

Mundrov is minister of E-governance in the caretaker cabinet with Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev.

Mundrov is an information technology professional with more than 20 years of experience in developing, implementing and maintaining complex information systems. He has expertise in strategic planning, building and managing teams, projects and programmes. 

He holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia and a Master's degree in e-Business and e-Government from Sofia University. He also holds numerous certificates in the IT field.

Valentin Mundrov was an IT consultant at the National Health Insurance Fund. In the period 2013-2022 he held the position of Director of Software Integration at Information Services JSC. Over the years he has worked as an expert at the Customs Agency and the Ministry of Health. He also has work experience in the private sector. From June 15 2023 to April 8 2024 he held the post of Deputy E-Governance Minister.
