site.btaDiplomatic Institute Holds Seminar on Coexistence of Religions and Communities in Bulgaria

A forum on the coexistence of religions and communities in Bulgaria and its diplomatic aspects aims to help promote Bulgaria's positive and attractive image abroad and its great potential in the overall picture of European diversity, said Tania Mihailova, Director of the Diplomatic Institute with the Bulgarian Foreign Minister, said at the opening of the event.

This project is part of the programme of the Foreign Ministry in the field of public, cultural and digital diplomacy and strategic communications for 2024, Mihailova explained. "In addition to today's dialogue, we are planning to print an English-language edition of the seminar papers. A short video with a message from the seminar will also be produced to promote Bulgaria as a country characterized by religious tolerance," Mihailova added.

The seminar is organized by the Diplomatic Institute with the Foreign Minister and the Foreign Policy Planning, Information and Coordination Directorate of the Ministry.
