The Council of Ministers allocated BGN 3,732,593 of additional funds to co-finance activities under six investments under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), said the government press office Wednesday. The funds are to cover the cost of value added tax, which is not recoverable through tax credit under the Value Added Tax Act.
