By order of Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev and on the proposal of Defence Minister Atanas Zapryanov, Ivan Ivanov was dismissed from the post of Deputy Minister of Defence, teh Council of Ministers said on Monday. 

According to a reference in the integrated information system of the state administration, Ivan Peikov Ivanov took office on April 16, 2024.

In the official website of the Defence Ministry, Ivan Ivanov is listed as Deputy Minister of Defence, Master of Law from the Sofia University and a lawyer with extensive practice in the public and private sectors.
