site.btaTwo Men Shot in Sofia

Two men, a father and son, were shot in Sofia on Sunday evening, the Interior Ministry said. 

The shooting took place at a parking lot opposite St Anna Hospital at around 7 pm. 

On Monday the hospital said that both had been admitted to the intensive care unit with life threatening wounds. 

The 50 –year old man underwent an abdominal surgery, while his 20-year old son was shot in the jaw. 

The prosecution has opened pretrial proceeding to investigate the shooting.
