site.btaMRF Co-Chair Peevski Nominates Iskra MIhaylova-Koparova for EU Commissioner

Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) Co-chair Delyan Peevski’s nominee for a Bulgarian member of the European Commission is MRF MP Iskra Mihaylova-Koparova, one of the two MRF websites, dpsbg.eu, said in a press release on Tuesday.

According to Peevski, Mihaylova has clear Euro-Atlantic orientation, and many years of experience both in the European Parliament and in the executive and legislative powers in Bulgaria.

Earlier on Tuesday, GERB leader Boyko Borissov said that Ekaterina Zaharieva will be his party’s nominee for a European Commissioner. There Is Such a People also announced their nominee – former deputy foreign minister Velislava Petrova.
