Our aim is to try to hold talks with all parliamentary groups and independent MPs to find out whether we can unite around a government programme. If there are legislation and priorities that are shared as goals, we can talk about a government, There Is Such a People (TISP) leader Toshko Yordanov said on Tuesday at the start of the first meeting for forming a government on the third mandate.

Talks were scheduled with six MPs who left the former Velichie Group. Only Krasimira Katincharova came, who said she was authorized by her colleagues to speak on their behalf as they were unable to attend.

I like your approach to talk about policies and not people, Katincharova said. On Monday, President Rumen Radev instructed TISP to designate prime minister, and the party said it was starting talks with other parties and independent MPs on Tuesday.

A meeting scheduled for Tuesday with independent MPs from the Movement for Rights and Freedoms was postponed to Wednesday.
