site.btaSix MPs from Velichie Leave Parliamentary Group

Six MPs from Velichie have submitted applications to leave the parliamentary group, BTA learned from the press centre of the National Assembly on Friday.

The MPs who submitted applications are: Krasimira Katincharova, Juliana Mateeva, Pavlin Petrov, Irena Neginova, Larisa Savova, and Rositsa Kalinova.

According to the parliamentary rules, the minimum number of MPs to form a parliamentary group is 10. The following paragraph stipulates that when the number of MPs in a parliamentary group falls below the specified minimum, it shall cease to exist. Thirteen MPs were elected from Velichie in the National Assembly.

Currently, there are no MPs listed in Velichie's group on Parliament's website.
