site.btaCabinet Approves Draft Letter of Assurance to US Secretary of State

The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria approved a draft letter of assurance from the Government of Bulgaria to the US Secretary of State in connection with the a National Security Memorandum on Safeguards and Accountability With Respect to Transferred Defense Articles and Defense Services.

The signed document aims to support the implementation of defence acquisition activities and related services for the Armed Forces, which are carried out through grant funding under US programmes and earmarked funds.
